Just to know a little bit...
We are three friends, Alessandro, Jacopo and Alessandro. We are passionate about coffee, chill, and good life vibes. We created PicoFuerte to give a precise identity to our idea and to put together Italianity, freshness and Canarian style. Our goal is to extract the best cold brew coffee, put it in a pocket size can, and take it straight to the ocean waves.
WHAT IS COLD BREW
The freshest of the many faces of coffee...
Cold brew is one of the many types of coffee extraction. As the word suggests, it is done cold, by letting the coarsely ground coffee infuse in cold water for a certain period of time. At the end of the infusion, the coffee is finely filtered and pasteurized at a low temperature to maintain its aroma and freshness.
Perfect to be enjoyed straight from the can, or to indulge in an infinite number of cocktails. We love it in a glass with ice and orange peel.

In addition to this, we challenge you! Go to the supermarket, buy a commercial coffee, extract a cold brew, taste it, and compare with PicoFuerte.
We are sure that you will spot a huge difference!
No other rules, to make an excellent cold brew, you need light roasted specialty coffees and a recipe refined over time.

For our recipe we used: 80% Etiopia Thor's Helmet, 20% Brasil Monte Cristo.
